These forms must be completed and submitted to Marca Personal Best Buy Soccer four weeks prior to desired delivery date.
Shipping information: Uniforms can either be shipped to your designated address or delivered in bulk at your club office at a later time when ready.
If you rather to have your uniform delivered in bulk at no charge, please select "Envio Terrestre / Standar Ground" as shipping method and enter cupon code "LSAFSTM" when checking out.
Other Info: We ask for the player's name for reference purposes. We do not print player's name on garments.

THERE ARE NOT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SELECTED SIZE (S) AND NUMBER FOR JERSEYS ARE CORRECT.
